About

The biggest influences in my work are my glamorous mother and the surroundings of my youth. I was raised outside of New York City in a home where fashion was important and paid attention to. I always loved watching my mother get ready to go out. I would sit on her bed while she picked out her outfit and put her make up on. I was and still am enamored by her style and beauty.
Spending lots of time wandering the streets of New York, I soaked in the raw energy of the city. I was entranced by the grit of the landscape and the bold styles of those in the Village ignoring fashion norms.
Each piece I create embodies a balance of sophistication and decay. Bold, distressed designs are adorned with gems and pops of color, creating a connection where elegance meets imperfection.
